As facilities contract manager I am responsible for the management of a comprehe
nsive maintenance program, including emergency power generation and other facili
ty equipment and systems repairs. The work involves the management and utilizati
on of private, general contractor(s) and LAT’s (Local Area Technicians) as well as t
he use of specialty maintenance and repair contractors on an as needed, routine
and emergency basis:
• Manage all facilities related maintenance issues for Polk, Suncoast Parkway’s & Vet
ran’s Expressway.
• Managed Maintenance requirements for eight (8) Mainline Plaza’s and thirty-two (32)
Ramp Plaza locations.

• Monitor performance of fourteen (14) contractors’ in accordance with all contract t
rms and conditions.
• Monitor, audit, submit invoices, amend/update contracts and program budget requi
