* Retained by a natural gas processing plant owner to assist with the defense in
a class action suit brought by royalty interest owners alleging that a processi
ng fee assessed on natural gas liquids constituted a breach of their mineral int
erest lease agreements.

* Retained by a pipeline company to assist with breach of contract claims assert
ed against the general contractor and an engineering firm involved in the constr
uction of an interstate natural gas pipeline.

associated with condemnation proceedings for takings via eminent domain includin
g applications to FERC for certificates of "public convenience and necessity" as
