Senior Partnership Development Manager
As the Senior Partnership Development Manager my position was responsible for th
e development of national
sponsorship campaigns through marketing, branding and multi-media advertising ca
mpaigns. The campaigns were
designed to generate awareness through branding, promotional elements, integrate
d web based products and television campaigns to reach the desired audience and
demographic our clients desired.
Working with major advertising and marketing agencies such as IMG, Octagon, Cara
t as well as CEO and
Director of Marketing level clients, my responsibility was to negotiate advertis
ing campaigns with major
Corporations such as Kia Motors, Embarq/CentrryLink, Fairwinds Credit Union and
HD Supply and many

Other duties included generating leads through research, activating sponsorships

Youth Fund, a 501 C 3 foundation responsible for distributing over one-million

General Sales Manager
As the General Manager of three professional football organizations there were m
any facets to this position. My duties included hiring and training of all sales
staff while putting the guidelines in place to make each department successful.
I was responsible for the sales of all sponsorships campaigns, budget preparati
on and implementation, designing all marketing and promotional campaigns, negoti
ating and buying all media contracts, designing the opening show and overseeing
the medical reporting policies and procedures for the coaches and the team physi
cians as well as negotiating all player contracts, bonuses and incentives.
Through these duties I was able to bring the budgets into place while generating
revenue that exceeded the
one-million dollar range. As the General Manager, our team was responsible for g
enerating revenue through advertising campaigns to major corporations such as Ti
me Warner Cable, Budweiser, Pepsi, Coke, McDonalds, Champ's sporting goods as we
ll as many others. Our campaigns were designed to drive brand awareness while in
creasing revenue for the both the team and the client.
