Built branch from ground floor in De Soto, KS. Managed the process from start t
o finish including the state approval of the charter to allow First Community to
do business in Kansas. Position had lending authority of $100,000 and any loan
over that amount, was presented to the loan committee.
* Closed and Booked $14 million in new loans and $8 million in deposits within t
he first year.
* Branch was profitable from day one from relationships and referrals built arou
