My technical and design expertise allows me to

I am also a Licensed Professional Engineer in
Florida and Michigan. A strong communicator, I

CAREER HISTORY
Engineering Project Manager, Florida Atlantic
University, 2007 to 2009. Recruited to
spearhead and lead numerous new construction
and remodeling projects for this $58M
educator. Established design criteria,
reviewed drawing, selected contractors,
inspected sites, and solved problems. Managed
up to $600K in projects.
Senior Mechanical Plan Reviewer, School Board
of Broward County, 2004 to 2007. Contracted
and then hired to review HVAC and plumbing
construction documents, ensuring compliance.
Met with technical consultants and signed off
on plans. Approved nearly $100M in projects.
Mechanical Engineering Project Manager, Mark
D. Huhta, 2000 to 2004. Retained by SGM
Engineering; Gaudet Associates; Camp, Dresser,
and McKee; and JLSD for long-term construction
projects. Designed and executed remodels,
finished HVAC and Smoke-out phase for a
residential high rise, and designed water /
sewage plants.
Senior Mechanical Engineer, Pratt & Whitney,
1995 to 2000. Recruited to plan and design
plant improvement projects. Set budgets,
designed HVAC systems, and worked with
consultants and contractors.
