Develop web application for financial institutions in Malaysia such as Maybank, Kuwait
Finance House (Malaysia) and AmAssurance.

Involved in implementation of business banking and various back-end banking

processes such as Checker Maker, Standing Instructions, Bulk Payment via file upload,
Interbank Giro (IBG), Employees Provident Fund(EPF) file generation and credit card
payment gateway.

Accomplishment
 Developed a flexible backend message generator using Enumeration (Enum) and
Java Generics. The formats of the message and field types are defined in
individual Enum classes, separated from the logic of the validation and message
generation for ease of testing and maintenance.
 Implemented credit card payment gateway that fulfils the PCI Data Security
Standard (PCI DSS).
 Migrated existing source code management system from Subversion to
Mercurial. Introduced branching and merging of the code repository to the
development team.

A simple facebook application to solve my own problem on facebook where the
imported blog posts at Facebook Notes could not be deleted easily. There is no “Delete
all” button. This application shall retrieve all of the notes id(s) and delete them by calling
the Facebook API directly. This application receives some attention in the Facebook
support forum (http://goo.gl/RO6OT).

Random Friend (http://apps.facebook.com/pyrandomfriend/)

Another simple facebook application that retrieves a list of friends from user and
randomly display one of the friends’ profile photo and full name. Refresh my memory on
Python syntax and experimenting with Google App Engine SDK and Facebook API.
