increase funding from established donors through the expansion of existing chan

My leadership success is demonstrated through my ability effectively pull toge
ther a Florida Theatre capital campaign team comprised of 20 board members, four
staff members and myself. Together we successfully completed the first phase of
the campaign achieving 100 percent board-member participation and exceeding the
$2 million campaign goal. In addition to exceeding our financial goal, the boar
ds commitment solidified and strengthened the entire campaign team. The result w
as a motivated, cohesive effort that brought confidence and pride to every parti
cipant.

My current position as Sales/Development Officer, I manage the board of director
s as well as a grant writer, two public relations and marketing professionals, a
nd accounting. Fund development increased 20% annually from 2004 to present.
Established professional, sales/fund development - volunteer on the First Coast.
As a member of the Womens Board of Wolfson Childrens Hospital for 15 years, I h
ave co-chaired that organizations two major fundraisers working closely with Bap
tist Health executives and staff. The experience also enabled me to effectively
manage corporate and private donor relationships while working closely with a la
rge staff of volunteers.
