Maschiatura - Tapping
Per le operazioni di maschiatura, tutte le teste standard
possono utilizzare le pinze compensate.
Queste pinze sono perfettamente intercambiabili con le
normali pinze elastiche utilizzate per le altre operazioni,
e permettono ai maschi di avere una corsa assiale di
compensazione per eventuali errori di avanzamento e
per l'inversione della rotazione.
La stessa testa, quindi, può essere impiegata sia per forare
che per maschiare compatibilmente alla capacità della
relativa pinza.
For tapping operations, all standard heads can be equipped
with axially-compensating collets.
These collets are fully interchangeable with the normal
collets and allow the tap to move axially thereby
compensating for any feed error and facilitating reversal
of direction of rotation.
A single head can therefore be used for both drilling and
tapping, up to the diameter allowed by the collet.
