I supervised a staff of fifteen people comprised of both Office Managers/Supervi
sors and Field Technicians. I hired, reprimanded, fired and set the protocols f
or each by form design and policy changes. I aided our office manager with coll
ections via letter and phone, prepared ad copy for printed advertising, solved p
roblems with home owners etc. My main purpose was to build/rebuild the relation
ships with insurance adjusters in an effort to gain their trust and subsequently
, their business. I had carte blanche in running the business and I answered di
rectly to the President.

Recruited and hired skilled trades people for the construction industry. I was
involved in every aspect of what it takes to employ someone from the interview p
rocess to drug testing and safety training, setting the wage, reprimanding and a
ttending UC and WC hearings. I also solicited clients and was involved with not
only supplying the right person at the right time but collections and various l
egal actions if necessary.

I did freelance design work for architectural and ornamental steel companies, st
eel building contractors and aluminum curtainwall systems.

g, warehouse and office applications. Drew detailed installation plans for fitt
ers and shop for pre-cutting each piece.
