Responsibilities
*Primary point of contact for all Disney divisions, overseeing brand and charact
er stewardship, providing strategic consultation and approvals across media plat
forms for branded content, advertising, promotions and marketing collateral incl
uding sweepstakes, new licensed product categories, character appearances and ev
ents; ensuring that these collaborations, executions and applications support co
mpany strategies and maintain integrity of the Disney Brand.
*High level of visibility and accountability for direction within the Disney org
anization, requiring interaction with multiple business divisions and corporate
partners, and a broad cross section of management levels, tailoring responses ap
propriately and providing creative and strategic solutions to TWDC's diverse bus
inesses where required.
*Develops and disseminates new companywide strategies and guidelines, manages an
d responds to stewardship requests, identifies and facilitates leadership input
as necessary to resolve business conflicts.
*Liaison for N. America, Canada, Russia, Australia & NZ, monitoring all third pa
rty promotions across the Disney brands and businesses. Identifying opportunitie
s and adding value, whilst maintaining a flexible approach to solutions when man
aging conflicts in a diplomatic manner.
*Provides brand consultancy and creative direction for companywide marketing cam
paigns by business unit.
Achievements
*Developed expert knowledge in stewardship of the brand and character use across
the company according to defined consumer strategies.
*Became primary consultant for all food based tie in promotional activity, succe
ssfully upholding Company Guidelines, resolving any issues to make a promotion h
appen where viable possible and provided training accordingly.
*Identified areas of training and development of brand & character approvals, en
couraging individuals to think about the brand at a much earlier stage of develo
pment to increase brand equity and ensure they are in line with overall business
strategies.
*Assisted Director with creation and development of new training material to add
ress specific needs of audience and establish new and feasible approaches to man
aging brand and character franchise stewardship companywide, motivating and empo

franchise properties from a stewardship perspective; upholding principle guideli
nes, highlighting and resolving any issues that may be contrary to these initiat
