Development Manager, an Operations Manager, and an Accounting Manager. Manage 25
Loan Officers; 3 Loan Processors and Closers.
Performed all staffing to handle sales, marketing, and processing for initial a
nnual production of $14M in 1994; expanded staff as necessary to grow business t
o more than $250M at close of 2006.
Involved in all aspects of company management, including daily operations, mark
eting, accounting, and maintenance of banking relationships.
