TUI Marine, Clearwater, FL - TUI Marine (a unit of TUI Travel Plc.) is a global
operator with a portfolio of marine vacation companies operating 1,500 yachts an
d 1000 canal boats under the brands The Moorings, Sunsail and LeBoat, sold throu
gh 9 sales offices and over 90 destinations worldwide.

Created and executed the overall IT strategy to transition from multiple systems
within the portfolio companies to a single set of systems at 30% reduced operat
ing expense. Instituted the IT steering committee to provide business leaders th
e visibility and input into the project portfolio. Restructured the team and out

Fleet Management and Reservation Systems Developed and implemented the method
