Project Manager / Superintendent, MIG Corporation, Inc. 4/08 - 6/10
Managed and Supervised all aspects of a 10 million dollar bridge/highway rehabil
itation project for the CTDOT in Torrington, Ct. Which included but not limited
to complete deck removal, structural steel repair, crossover installation to fac
ilitate repairs, all drainage and paving. The project was a 24mth project which
I completed 9mths ahead of schedule. Recently I have just completed phase 1 of a
duel bridge and highway rehabilitation project with a 17 million dollar contrac
t value in Martha's Vineyard for the Massachusetts Highway Department. This cont
ract consisted of complete timber bridge removal and installation of a new concr
ete bridge with concrete piles and beams with a wood railing system. This was a
complex project due to the fact that it had to be completed during the winter mo
nths on the ocean and phase one needed to be done on both bridges by Memorial Da
y 2010. I completed phase one approximately two weeks ahead of schedule.

Opened a general contracting company in Western Mass. Specializing in all phases
of commercial building and remodeling from conception to completion. Also engag
ed in bridge repairs including structural steel repairs, abrasive blasting and
specialty coating system application. In charge of all aspects of
the running of the business from signing contracts, hiring personnel
and estimating projects, to ordering of the materials, assigning
the equipment and maintaining safety on the projects as a main

Project Manager / Chief Estimator, Tri-State Painting,Inc. 1/02 - 7/04
In charge of aspects of managing our contracts with Mass. Highway Department,
Conn-Dot, RI-Dot and various city projects around New England ranging from
$50,000 - $10,000,000. My duties included estimating and assigning all
labor, equipment, and materials. I was also in charge of the pay
requisitions and correspondence with all the general contractors, state and
federal officials. Other duties included business development, priority
problem solving, and marketing of the company.
Project Engineer / Superintendent, The Middlesex Corporation 05/00-12/01
Project Engineer / Superintendent on a 26 million dollar
Rehabilitation of a bascule drawbridge for MHD in Chelsea, MA.
My duties consisted of overseeing the structural steel repairs,
change orders, tracking submittals, costs, and production rates.
I reviewed all drawings and procedures necessary for approval to
order materials to build the job. I was also in charge of the
subcontractor completing the 3 million dollar subcontract for
blasting and painting the bridge. Overseeing them to provide a
quality product while maintaining safety, compliance and
schedule on the project.
Project Superintendent, Michael J. Gresh Painting Co. 08/98 - 05/00
In charge of all field operations on several bridge rehabilitation
and painting projects. My duties included tracking costs,
productions, and managing of all labor, equipment, and
materials. I also implemented corporate quality control, lead,
health and safety, management of hazardous waste, and traffic
control programs.
Project Manager / Superintendent, Jewell Painting Co. 09/94 - 12/97
I was hired as a rigger for the containment crew but within 4 weeks
was promoted to foreman. As rigging foreman I was in charge of all
crews, equipment, and materials necessary to install, traverse, and
remove two million dollar Arc platform systems. These systems are
used for the Class 1 containment abrasive blasting and painting.
Within 6 months I was promoted to the Project Superintendent. My
duties included managing all labor equipment and materials along
with all aspects of production. By the end of the first year I had
been promoted again to the Project Manager of the 6.5 million
dollar bridge project. My duties included managing all aspects
of the project including, tracking costs, productions and quantities,
while dealing with a 45 man labor force,consultants, OSHA,EPA
and contractors involved in the project.
Foreman, White Oak Corporation 6/89 - 12/92
Duties included water work in cofferdams for pier construction, steel
work, and deck construction from pouring the concrete to paving the
deck. Also I did several miles of roadwork for ramps, bridges and
highway . I was in charge of two crews utilized in most aspects of
widening a bridge and highway on interstate 91 in Connecticut. This
was a 88 million dollar project for the Connecticut DOT.
