TEVTA is an autonomous corporate body of Government of the Punjab, established to manage and improve the Technical,

Vocational and Commercial Education in consultation with Industry, Agriculture and Commerce. It is in the process of
restructuring over 470 institutes spread all over the Punjab.

5 Regular Allowance/Dearness Allowances to all the employees as admissible under the rules.
All appointments will be on contract basis and their services will be regulated under TEVTA Service Regulations and shall

be dispensable on one month’s notice or surrendering/payment of one month’s salary, on either side.
All appointments will be station / Institution specific and non-transferable anywhere in the Punjab. However the Authority

has the right to change duties/assignments and the place of duty on administrative grounds.
8 Government servants/TEVTA Employees should apply through proper channel.
Attested copies of qualification (Recognized from HEC/University/Board) and experience certificates (post qualification,
9 relevant and regular only) must be attached with the applications, qualifications from recognized institutes will be
considered only.
Computer literacy is must for all posts. Three Months computer certificate from reputable institute is mandatory to be
attached with the application for the posts of BS-17 and above where computer/IT is not part of academic qualification.

Computer Literacy test will be conducted for posts of BS-5 to BS-16 particularly in M.S Word, Power Point and Excel
however all such applicants shall also attach three Months computer certificate along with their applications.
11 Graduate Engineers shall provide attested copy of PEC Registration as mandatory requirement.
12 Apply separately for each post. The name of post and name of Institute must be indicated in the application
Candidates passed the degree under GPA/CGPA system are advised to obtain %age certificate from the concerned
13 university if their %age obtained is not mentioned in the Degree / Transcript OR Attach the university %age/GPA grading
system with the application (printed mostly on back side of original degree/transcript).
14 Incomplete Applications will not be entertained.
TEVTA reserves the rights not to fill any post/with hold the appointment/Increase/Decrease the posts against this

16 Additional qualification and additional experience will be given extra weight age.
17 Only short listed candidates will be called for test / interview. No TA/DA will be paid.
18 Un-Attested /Incomplete/By Hand applications will not be entertained.
