I served as Director of Sales and Marketing for 2 years with BioPlus Specialty
Pharmacy Services, Inc. before being promoted to Vice President of Sales and Mar
keting where I pushed the organization from start up to a $100 million dollar co
mpany.
Prior to my time with Bioplus, I served as sales representative and then Senior
Account Manager with Priority Healthcare. As a start up specialty pharmacy, I w
as hired by IV One as it was previously named, my territory included New York, K
entucky, Nevada and others. The task was large, servicing prescriptions from oth
er states in an industry that was unheard of. What an experience! I was doubling
my sales annually and learning new methods of selling along the way.
I have great mentors who challenge me and encourage me and I enjoying mentoring
. I also enjoy learning and fill my mind with sales and management books like Ch
et Holmes, "The Ultimate Sales Machine" and "The Art of Question Based Selling".
As I learn and grow, so do my sales teams. Each book is a new course that I lea
rn and teach back to sales people.
