About Business Model

1. Membership Fee Rs. 200/-
2. Aparajita Retail offers Income on purchase of products of 2000 Business Volume. As for e.g. If you purchase
a suiting piece worth ` 2500/-. Then you will get 2000 Business Volume.
3. On getting membership & 2000 B.V. you are eligible to get income as per Aparajita Retail Income plan.
How does this model work?

1. Every month company declares closing on 10 . If holiday exists then on the next working day.
2. Company gives income on Business Volume(B.V.)
3. Company targets 60% growth in B.V. every month
4. 1st month target was 20000 B.V., completed with 10 members.
5. 2nd month target was 32000 B.V., completed with 16 new members.
6. 3rd month target was 52000 B.V., completed with 26 new members.
7. Newly joined member will get status of C-0 on the 10th day of that month. If joined after 10th then He/ She

will get C-0 Status on 10 of next month. Next closing onward his/ her status will be upgraded to C-1, C-2, ----,
C-12. And their income will be disbursed accordingly. (C-0,C-1 ,C-2--- are closing)

Rules & Regulation of Aparajita Retail.

1. Members are neither employees nor share holder of Aparajita Retail.
2. Member’s income will be released after deduction of TDS as applicable.
3. Members should be of 18 years and above.
4. Dispute will be resolved subject to Burdwan (West. Bengal ) jurisdiction only.
5. Any Member not abiding rules and regulation of Aparajita Retail , will loose his/her membership
at its own discretion.
6. Commission will be paid within 24th of every month.
7. Those who want to get direct credit to their Savings account need to have account in United Bank of
India.
8. Commission statement will be issued and member can directly view in their email account.
9. Surprise gifts will be given in case of good performance of members.
10. Those who will join and complete 1st closing will get their first income after completion of 30days
of joining.
