highways, airports, hotels, medical facilities,
commercial site developments (site work, shell
buildings, build outs, and demo/remodels) and

CAREER HISTORY
National Accounts Manager, IES, Inc., 2009 to
2010. $667M electrical services and construction
firm. Developed new business, utilizing effective
sales methods, including prospecting and
qualifying. Negotiated contracts. Assisted in
building and maintaining project pipelines.
Project Manager, D.E. Harvey Builders, 2007 to
2009. $750M+ construction firm. Coordinated and
managed project activities of new headquarters
for US Oncology. Duties included CPM (Critical
Path Method) scheduling, cost control,
purchasing, value engineering, estimating,
change orders, subcontractor management, and
closeout. Managed 40 staff plus subcontractors
and $30M+ budget.
Project Manager, McPherson Development Co.,
Inc, 2003 to 2007. $100M+ commercial
construction firm. Led commercial real estate
projects, including site work, shell buildings,
tenant build outs and demo/remodel projects
from less than $500K to $25M+. Oversaw all
aspects of projects, including RFIs, job costing,
estimating, scheduling, and client/subcontractor
management. Managed 30 staff plus
subcontractors.

construction firm for commercial, institutional, and
