Senior Logistician, Fort Riley, Kansas (2007 - 2010)

Plan and manage supply and operations for brigade with 3,800 soldiers and $900+
million in equipment.
Trained, developed, mentored, and manage 32 Supply Sergeants and 6 Senior Supply
Sergeants.
Maintain and ensure readiness of $500,000 of equipment.
Perform various inventories (joint, sensitive items, semi-annual,
special) of equipment issued on hand receipts and conduct physical
inventory of all equipment not issued.
Coordinated with project managers to schedule and issue all new
equipment; ensure proper accountability is established and noted in the
property book.
Oversee all Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss (FLIPL),
ensuring proper Army regulations are consistently followed, and provide
tracking, and regular updates to Commander.
Serve as Brigade Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) Trainer.

Developed and implemented new standard operating procedures (SOP) for
unit's logistics operations, resulting in streamlined, more efficient
and productive operations.
Appointed Manager, Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP); conduct
inspections at home station and while deployed, and report results to
commanders charged with improving supply operations.

Property Book Manager, Fort Riley, Kansas (2004 - 2007)

Accountable for $900+ million worth of Modified Table of Organization


Equipment (MTOE) and Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) property;
managed utilizing PBUSE system.
Evaluated subordinate unit logistics operations to ensure compliance with
CSDP and Command Inspection Program and the timely, accurate completion
of property transactions.
Served as a key leader in deactivating unit after Iraq deployment;
ensured all Army, Forces Command (FORSCOM), and Division directives were
processed and all equipment accounted for.
Collaborated with Army Material Command (AMC) to establish effective
procedures for accounting and acceptance of all newly issued equipment
during initial phase of Brigade activation.
Accomplishments
Established program that effectively delivered monthly reports to

North, which consisted of six affiliate locations in Bosnia and Hungary.
Oversaw requisitioning, receiving, accounting, issuing, and shipping of

Ensured all vendor contracts were completed as specified prior to

Directed warehouse account for $20 million in equipment and replacement
