* Extracting the Sub-Contract milestones from the Main Contract Programme and in
corporating the same in the Sub-Contracts so as to monitor and control the proje
ct schedule deliverables.
COST MONITORING/CONTROL
* Monitoring and Reporting on the various expense centres during the course of t
he project. Evaluating the efficiency of the resources employed in terms of prod
uctivity and cost efficiency;
* Analysing the benefit cost ratio for decisions regarding investment in assets
or value engineering decisions;
* Life Cycle Costing for assets or liabilities so as to provide adequate basis f
or decision making for the Management; and
* Time Value of Money and Economic Analysis for Project Appraisal and continuing
investment and/or expenditure strategies.
