erospace/aviation Corporations. Worked on cutting edge products: F16, 777, 74
7, AEHF satellites, Hybrid microcircuits. Instilled lean manufacturing concepts
and resolved tooling issues. Created viable production plans in the research d
evelopment phase of hybrid microcircuits.

MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING

Created flowcharts for the fab detail plans improving productivity by 200%. Res
eached and reused scrapped raw material saving Raytheon $200,000.00. Identified
critical variances on major tooling for MD11 and wrote corrective action proced
ures.

DEMAND MANAGEMENT

Provided leadership and negotiating skills to establish schedules with engineeri
ng and manufacturing in support of program deadlines. Designed and prioritized
material requirement's charts to meet tight schedules at PMP meetings. Obtaine
d commitments with material and manufacturing groups to achieve desired results.
Reduced span time to ordering parts for critical build of program from 6 month
s to 3 months.

Analyzed and researched electrical /mechanical enginineering drawings for accura
cy and compliance. Coordinated changes with engineering, quality, product suppo
rt and manufacturing. Improved traceability and configuration control of parts
