Oversee all aspects of sales operations - which involve leading, supervising and
evaluating the performance of 3 sales representatives - to ensure the achieveme

ties to drive sales and revenue growth. Interface with state officials, universi
ty department heads and classroom instructors to identify and align their educat
ional product needs and requirements with TTS' value-added offerings. Leverage s
trong consultative selling skills to convince prospects on how TTS products can
help them achieve their learning program objectives. Prepare, present and negoti
ate sales proposals. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-eff
ective delivery of educational products to clients. Additionally, serve on the B
oard of the Idaho Professional Technical Education (IPTE) Foundation - which rai
ses funds to sponsor students participating in national competitions and teacher
training programs with industry partners - and the Advisory Board of Energy Sys
tems Technology Education (ESTEC) tasked with assisting Idaho State University,
Idaho National Laboratory and the Department of Labor establish a nationwide pro
gram for training technicians to work in the power and energy industries.

ful management of all sales operations.

oals and financial objectives. Coordinated all sales, marketing and business dev
elopment activities to drive sales and revenue growth. Identified and pursued ne
w business and partnership opportunities for expanding and selling New Freedom's
specialty orthotic footwear line in national and international markets. Coordin
ated all warehouse operations and controlled inventory supplies. Developed and e
nsured staff compliance with policies and procedures for servicing key retail ac
counts.
* Secured new retail outlets for selling New Freedom's specialty orthotic footwe
ar products throughout the US, Canada, England, Scotland, Denmark, New Zealand,

Store Manager
Oversaw the day-to-day operations of a Blocks Clothing retail store, including s
ales, merchandising, inventory control, customer service and HR management funct
ions. Ensured proper sales setup by coordinating all store merchandising, market
ing and display maintenance activities. Monitored inventory flow and controlled
supply levels in order to keep stockrooms and sales floors replenished at all ti
mes. Handled and quickly resolved customer related issues to maintain high-level
s of satisfaction. Hired, trained and supervised customer-focused store teams to
ensure the achievement of business goals and sales objectives.
* Successfully turned around the underperforming Blocks Clothing retail store fr
om a red to black position in only 10 months.
