A. Air Conditioning System (Centralized & Stand Alone)

1. Monitoring, Operation and Maintenance of NGCP Main Building Centralized Air

Conditioning System thru automated Building Management System (BMS).

• Four (4) Air Cooled Chillers, 500TR

• One Hundred Eight (108) Fan Coil Units (5TR,4TR,3TR,2TR)

• Two (2) Air Handling Units, 60TR

• Automation System

2. Monitoring, Operation and Maintenance of Centralized Air Conditioning System at

Luzon System Operations (LSO) Building and National Control Center (NCC).

LSO

• Three (3) Air Cooled Chillers, 375TR

• Four (4) Air Handling Units, 120TR

NCC (dedicated to temperature sensitive SCADA and Telecommunication

equipment)

• Three (3) Air Cooled Chillers, 345TR

• Four (4) Air Handling Units, 20TR

• Two (2) Air Handling Units, 60TR

3. Monitoring, Operation and Maintenance of Split Type, Window Type, Precision

Cooling Type Air Conditioning Units & Ventilation System at NGCP Main
Building, LSO & NCC Buildings (including temperature sensitive equipment at IT
Department Datacenter, PEMC co-located EBS Room)

B. Fire Protection System (Sprinkler System & Fire Suppression System)

1. Monitoring, Operation and Maintenance of Fire Protection System Equipment at

NGCP Main Building.

• Fire Detection & Alarm System (Smoke/Heat Detectors, Annunciators,

Fire Alarm Control Panel, Alarm Bells, Manual Pull Stations, Strobe
Lights).

• Fire Sprinkler System (Jockey Pump, Electric Driven Fire Pump, Diesel
Fire Pump, Sprinkler Heads, Fire Hose Cabinets, Control Valves).

• Fire Extinguishers.
 2. Monitoring, Operation and Maintenance of Fire Protection System Equipment at
LSO Building.

• Fire Detection & Alarm System (Smoke/Heat Detectors, Fire Alarm

Control Panel, Alarm Bells, Manual Pull Stations, Strobe Lights).

• Fire Sprinkler System (Fire Hose Cabinets).

• Fire Extinguishers.

3. Monitoring, Operation and Maintenance of Fire Protection System Equipment at

NCC Building (SCADA and Telecommunication equipment).

• Fire Detection & Alarm System (Smoke/Heat Detectors, Fire Alarm

Control Panel, Alarm Bells, Manual Pull Stations, Strobe Lights).

• Fire Sprinkler System (Jockey Pump, Electric Driven Fire Pump, Sprinkler

4. Securing the required Fire Safety Inspection Certificate which required by Bureau
of Fire Protection, annually.

C. Elevators (Cargo Type and Passenger Type)

• Monitoring, Operation and Maintenance of Mitsubishi Elevators (NGCP Main

Building & LSO Building), Jardine Elevator (NCC Building).

• Elevator Car

• Elevator Machine Room

D. Engineering

Undertakes the responsibility for designing, preparation of scope of works, cost

estimates, project monitoring and hand-over activities for Mechanical Systems
requirements/projects (rehabilitation, retrofitting, replacement, upgrading and
expansion) at NGCP Main Building, LSO and NCC Buildings. Ensures that the
project is within budget and conforms with technical requirements.
