Superintendent - Olson Co. Seal Beach, CA - (2005- 2006)
* Supervised the construction of 33 townhouses in Burbank; 3 story Type 5 and 1
hour. Performed all in fields and major
off-site construction.
Superintendent - New Urban West, Santa Monica, CA - (2001-2005)
* Managed the construction of 40 homes in Canoga Park ranging from 2000 to 2600
sq. ft including off-site grading and
installing all utilities and streets.
* Graded 65 acres for a Valencia retirement center with 279 lots. Constructed an
11, 000 sq. ft. clubhouse and started the
first phase of production. Completed $1.6 million 3400-5000 sq. ft. homes for t
he Vineyard job in Long Canyon, CA.
General Superintendent - Richmond American, Seal Beach, CA - (1994-2001)
* Recruited as a Superintendent and was quickly promoted to Sr. Superintendent a
nd then General Superintendent in
charge of 9 tracts. Responsible for completing 5 single - family home tracts in
 Stevenson Ranch, 1 single family home
tract in Valencia and 1 in Wood Ranch. Homes ranged from 4300-6000 sq. ft. and
priced from $ 800,000 to 1,000,000.
Superintendent - K.B. Construction, Los Angeles, CA - (1993 - 1994)
* Supervised the 384 - track housing project in Sylmar.
General Superintendent / Project Manager - P.V. Enterprises, Sherman Oaks, CA -
