cathodic protection, and fire alarm supervisory switches and panel tie ins. Sys
tem is dedicated to supply fire protection into existing buildings at a nuclear
facilities operation. Project was administrated under stringent NQA-1-2000 Quali
ty Assurance Requirements.
* Mack Arrowhead Phase 2, Peoria, AZ -$14 mil. Office/Industrial/Warehouse flex
space consisting of site work wet and dry utilities, fire line, domestic water,
sewer, primary and secondary electrical, low voltage, fire alarm, and building
concrete tilt-up construction. Contract delivery method Stipulated Sum. Aggress
ive negotiation in subcontract awards turning a profit margin from 4% to 11%. Pr
oject finished on schedule considering owner changes in design and sequence of b
uildings construction.
* 9920 Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ - $40 mil. - 261 units. Condominiums/Office/Ret
ail/Club House consisting of site work wet and dry utilities, fire line, domesti
