* Conducted a 30 day training class in the Virginia Beach CSSC on the Natural Re
turns process.
* Assisted with the development of new CSSC team members who were just hired by
Verizon. Supported workforce development by providing these team members with in
struction and aid when taking customer calls and how to navigate through Verizon
's various systems.
* Appointed by manager in 2004 to conduct a 3 day training class in Maryland on
the Natural Returns process.
* Trained and developed certain processes currently used by Natural Returns to i
ncrease process efficiency and quality assurance. Also conducted training class
es at the Virginia Beach CSSC to teach consultants about the West Virginia juris
diction.
* Helped team to increase number of orders completed from 2400 a month to 8000+
a month which in turn increased department and company revenue.
* Assisted in transitioning Natural Returns into a revenue making unit from abou
t $84,000 a month to about $280,000 a month.
* Performed special projects and assigned as acting manager when manager was awa
y. One acting manager assignment lasted from December, 2003 to May, 2004.
* Provided feedback and on-going training to the Maryland Natural Returns team.
* Achieved an award for over $500,000 sales attainment in 2000.
