Rise Office Buildings, Public Transit Lines, and Medical Research, Development,
Manufacturing facilities. Resigned after a disagreement with upper management.
SDB Inc., Tempe Arizona; 10/2000 to 12/2001. Hired as Mechanical Project Manager
. The majority of my time was spent at Intel's FAB 12 as Site Mechanical Manager
doing tool upgrades and change outs, plant modifications & Improvements, also w
orked on manufacturing plants. Laid off when the company's contract with Intel e
nded and as not renewed.

g and construction and gas pipeline maintenance. Laid off when company closed th
e Arizona office and declined relocation to Texas.
Highland Engineering, Phoenix, AZ; 01/2003 to 06/2007 Hired as Primary Estimat
or /Project Manager for Plant Division. I worked on water &, pumping plants, sew
age lift stations, water, sewer, and storm pipelines. Resigned when the Arizona
office went into bankruptcy and I did not want to relocate to the California off
ice.

ator. Worked on Water Treatment & pumping plants, railroad extensions, and highw
ay work. Resigned when opportunities to make meaningful contributions did not ma
terialize.
SH Engineering & Manufacturing; Maricopa, AZ. 06/2008 to 06/2009 General Manager
. Built water treatment plant equipment, structural steel, stairways, platforms
and almost any fabrication made from steel, stainless steel or aluminum. Laid of
f due to the economy.

is was a temporary position to help the company catch up on backlogged estimatin
g & management projects included schools, offices, fire stations, & churches. La
id off when backlog was completed.

nator. Coordinated and oversaw trades for FAB 12 tool reconfiguration. I am resp
onsible for 5 - 6 subcontractors per tool, acting as owner's management represen
tative. Responsible for all protocol, safety, scheduling, and technical support
for removal & re-installation, salvage, resale, of scavenging. Also had checks &
balances responsibility acting as a backup for Intel tool owners.

SUMMARY
I have been in the construction industry since 1969 and have worked on projects
ranging in price from $100,000 to $24,000,000. I have been responsible for, and
participated in project acquisition, scope interpretation, estimation, cost nego
tiation, safety, submittals, purchasing, documentation, scheduling, testing, QA/
QC, staffing, client / architect / engineer interface, sub-contractor management
, and project close out. I have supervised crews of up to 55 craftsmen working m
ultiple shifts. I enjoy working in a team atmosphere but I'm also very comfortab
le with minimum support. I prefer a full time estimating position but will consi
der management or supervision, contract or part time work as well. I am willing
to relocate inside Arizona but will only consider contract or temporary work out
