I am currently managing the Network Engineering and Systems Support Team at Harr

is Stratex Networks. The team provides Tier III support, OEM Quality Verificatio
n, Global Field Services and Technical Seminars to the North American and Intern
ational markets. This team of individuals are considered Network Engineers, Con
figurations engineers, Product Testers and Trainers. In addition to Tier III sup
port the team performs interoperability testing of OEM equipment with the HSX pr
oduct line to ensure proof of concept. The OEM equipment is verified against the
microwave radios by creating test plans and test cases. These test plans are al
so used in field acceptance test efforts and customer certification. In this rol
e I manage a 4M budget that I am responsible for the AOP and deliverables.
As an individual contributor at Anteon I worked as an integration prime for Mili
tary Operations Urban Training (MOUT) for homeland security and military trainin
g facility. The MOUT sites deployed video surveillance, ethernet pop up targets,
smoke generators to provide a training facility to the military personnel. Duri
ng training the video was recorded, edited for playback for training purposes.

Previously managed a quality assurance team at Nortel Networks for 5 years provi
ding strategies, plans, test coverage and execution for multiple product release
s. Developed employees with business objectives and career oriented goals in min
d to address quality assurance of hardware and software. 10 years of combined ma
nagement and senior test engineering positions and overall 20 years as a test en
gineer for hardware and software. Direct test ownership and responsibility of mu
ltiple product and project releases.
Partnered with the design organization to create an automated continuous test pr
ocess to verify weekly load builds for sanity/integration testing. Developed an
automated integration test assessment suite to assess designer unit testing qual
ity. Prime for automating product assessment suites to reduce test cycle times f
or overall product.
Created quality assurance test milestones to capture status of software health a
nd issue management. Milestones consisted of Product Test Start which detailed i
ntegration quality, Product test certification held at 75% execution, Product te
st finish at 100% execution for final compile issue management and product test
exit that outlined release quality and recommendations. Developed performance an
d stress milestone metrics, criteria and reported test execution results at each
interval for all metrics. Managed customer robustness issues, previous release
low priority issues, and department sentiment in a team oriented approach.
Provided quality and release recommendations to management teams of test impacts
, weekly status and priorities for test case mappings to ensure product quality
concerns are addressed on time.
