* Assisted a client in the purchase of a company with an asking price of $4.5M.
After business analysis successfully negotiated the purchase for $2.5M with a $
500K down payment and the balance financed.
* Turned around a beverage distribution company that was suffering from poor per
formance. Rebranded a proprietary product and wrote a more robust strategic mar
keting plan that took into account demographics, potential customers, and the co
mpetition and marketing methodologies. Successfully built 2,700 accounts in 6-m
onths, and within 16-months company value increased from $5M and exceeded $65M.
* Enhanced employee morale through promotion of a team-based work atmosphere. P

* Saw potential in a vacant 18 acre lot. Designed, created and built a state-of
-the-art 65,000 sq. ft. retail shopping center that was occupied and rented by m
ajor retailers. This center became a convenient prime location for shopping and
achieved a profit for my company and its renters.
* Increased the profitability of my clients by taking a diverse array of unknown
products to the marketplace. Developed strategic marketing plans, advertising
campaigns and promotional materials to build customer awareness of a brand, repe
at and referral business.
* Turned around a midsized company that was losing money on a regular basis. Pu
t in place new financial standard operating procedures that brought accountabili
ty in the areas of procurement and departmental budgeting. Succeeded in bringin
