land needs, shipbuilding/repair needs, as well as material needs for subcontract
ors. Heavy experience in materials and/or services to include, but not limited
to, major equipment, MRO, stock, freight, labor, rentals, safety, office equipme
nt/supplies, tooling, steel (plate and structurals, castings and forgings in an
array of metals), grounds/facility maintenance, material handling, pipe, valves,
fittings, rigging, welding, electrical components, mechanical components, enclo
sures, construction, fasteners and hose/gaskets. Strong contracts and negotiati
on skills. Create, negotiate, award and maintained all annual stock and consuma
bles contracts, materials for all multi-vessel material contracts, all gas, scra
p/recycling and waste (facility and incoming/contracted vessels) contracts. Exc
ellent skills in expediting, bid analysis and make or buy situations. Extensive
daily interaction with Engineering, Planning, Scheduling, Estimating, Warehousi

od. The company closed in May 2010 due to company bankruptcy & auction of all a
