Professional Profile:
President/CEO, Rutgers Federal Credit Union
After rewriting all credit union policies and procedures, coupled with red
ucing annual operating
expenses by $300k, developing internal staff expertise, reviewing and modi
fying all contracts and
agreements, and positioning Rutgers FCU for growth consistent with its FO
M Charter, the Credit
Union is now a viable competitor in the New Jersey credit union market.

Vice President, Private & Professional Banking, The Park Avenue Bank
This position represented PAB's entry into high net worth banking. During
my tenure, I developed an unsecured lending "matrix" for physicians, attorneys,
and other professional designations. In a difficult economic environment in Ge
orgia, I brought in approximately $5MM in deposits and loans during my first yea
r.
Vice President, Senior Mgr., Private Banking, First Nation Bank/Bank of North Ge
orgia
While transitioning Physicians to FNB, I also designed a Private Client Service
program for the bank. Shortly thereafter, I was requested to pursue commercial
loans, as construction lending began to deteriorate. During the course of 2007,
I brought in approximately $10MM in loans and deposits, with the additional res
ponsibility of "overriding" all retail loans for the bank. In October, 2007, I
was asked to additionally manage the Eagles Landing Bank Office.
Vice President, Manager, Professional & Executive Group, Midtown Bank
Since joining Midtown Bank in 2005, my loan portfolio and pipeline had grown to
approximately $20+ million. This was accomplished through working with and prov
iding high profile customers with all forms of deposit account programs and serv
ices as well as various commercial/ business/construction loans appropriate to t
heir borrowing needs. My goals for 2006 were $5MM of loan production per quarte
r ($20MM/yr) and $1.5MM in deposit growth per quarter ($6MM/yr). I had also dev
eloped the Professional & Executive package of programs and services which is a
highly specialized package of benefits for customers meeting certain income/net
worth/designation criteria.
Professional & Executive Account Manager, RBC Centura Bank
Having the distinction of participating in a "pilot program" for Royal Bank of C
anada under the supervision of the Dean of Graduate Studies at Columbia Universi
ty gave me an insight which has resulted in vast productivity enhancements. Thi
s "cutting edge" approach to creating value added to affluent customer relations
hips brought about an entirely new perspective when in a business acquisition mo
de. High net worth customers continued to express their preference for relation
ship banking through a "one point of contact" provided by private, full service
relationship bankers. It is this experience that I focused my attention, with th
e "gold standard" of generating $1MM of mixed business each month. Emphasis was
placed upon multi-physician, dentistry and attorney practices. I was Series 6
& 63 proficient, and was "marketed" as providing effective value propositions th
roughout a customer's financial lifecycle.
President/CEO, Southeast Florida Credit Union
Prior to the merger of Southeast Florida Credit Union with IBM Southeast Employe
es' Federal Credit Union, I had directed Southeast Florida from its infancy into
a CAMEL '1", five (5) star rated financial institution. In my twenty-(20) yea
rs as CEO/Treasurer, Southeast Florida became a model of accomplishment for its
level of success as a relatively small, highly competitive, full service financi
al institution competing in a difficult environment. Our equity, earnings and l
oan quality rivaled that of single employer group credit unions- a considerable
challenge when considering our field of membership was primarily comprised of ov
er 100 diverse companies from within a rapidly declining manufacturing community
. Our goals and objectives consistently remained to provide exceptional service
to our members while always focusing on sound management and a solid control of
each element on both sides of the balance sheet.
