Directed the day-to-day activities of metal fabricating facility that produced r
oll formed materials for walls, roofing, and structural supports for commercial
buildings. Reorganized production floor by adding product lines that increased
overall sales potential by 50%. Opened new warehouse to store additional raw ma
terials for the east coast operations and to store machinery acquired through ac
quisitions. Through Lean initiatives, implemented 5S and Kanban for consumables
and raw materials storage. Maintained 98% or better corporate audits on a cont
