work and providing both administrative and investigative training. Manage schedu
ling and overtime.
* Oversee cases, the assigned detectives, and the outcome for an entire borough.
Successfully led numerous cases that have resulted in convictions, and solved s
everal patterns that resulted in apprehension of serial offenders.
* Analyze current procedures and protocols to increase efficiency and correct de
ficiencies. Created a system that lowered arrest overtime, increased the arrest
numbers and ensured there would always be a supervisor from the specialty unit a
vailable to any other squad.
