FADE IN:

EXT. WUZZLEBURG - PARK

LONG on WUZZLEBURG PARK, looking green and pristine under

a bright sun. We see WUBBZY, a tiny figure, walking
across the park.

TRUCK IN ON WUBBZY - as he wilts in the heat of the day.

WUBBZY
Wow, it sure is hot today! I need
a drink of water.

Wubbzy stops at a water fountain, and tries to work the

pedal, but no water comes out.

WUBBZY (CONT'D)
Hmm. This pedal must be stuck...

As Wubbzy bounces up and down on the pedal, to no avail,

a nearby voice asks:

VOICE (O.S.)
How would you like to try
something better than water?

Wubbzy turns and sees -

EXT. JUICE STAND

A JUICE STAND nearby, with a salesman-like JUICE VENDOR

named MR. HAPGOOD.

HAPGOOD
Howdy-do! Hapgood’s the name, and
juice is my game!

WUBBZY
Hi, my name’s Wubbzy.

(CONTINUED)

HAPGOOD
Well, step this way, Wubbzy! For
thirst-quenching delight, nothing
beats a sip of Hapgood’s Fizzy
Wizzy Juice!

WUBBZY
Fizzy Wizzy Juice?

HAPGOOD
Yes indeedy! It’s tasty, it’s
sparkly, and it comes in a very
pretty bottle!

Hapgood hands Wubbzy a bottle of juice. Wubbzy takes a

sip.

WUBBZY
Wow - it’s delicious!

HAPGOOD
What did I tell you?

WUBBZY
I’ll take a six-pack of Fizzy
Wizzy Juice, please!

HAPGOOD
You got it, pal!

Hapgood hands Wubbzy a six-pack, as he pays for it.

EXT. PARK

Wubbzy walks along, drinking his bottle of juice as he

carries the six-pack.

WUBBZY
Mmm-mmm! This Fizzy Wizzy Juice
is my new favorite drink.

He looks at the bottle.

WUBBZY (CONT'D)
And it is a pretty bottle.

Wubbzy blows into the neck of the bottle and it makes a

little <toot!>

WUBBZY (CONT'D)
It even sounds good!

As Wubbzy leaves the park, he finishes his drink and

tosses the empty bottle into the trash can. But the
bottle bounces off <bonk!> and falls on the ground.

CONTINUED:

And just then DAISY passes by.

DAIZY
Wubbzy! You dropped that bottle
right on the ground!

WUBBZY
Oops. Sorry about that, Daizy.

Wubbzy picks up the bottle and puts it in the trash can.

WUBBZY (CONT'D)
I was just drinking some Fizzy
Wizzy Juice. It’s delicious!
Here, try some.

Wubbzy opens another bottle and hands it to Daizy.

DAIZY
Well...I’ll take just one sip.

Daizy takes a sip, and loves it.

DAIZY (CONT'D)
Lavender lollipops! It’s scrump-a-
licious!

WUBBZY
I told you.

Wubbzy opens a bottle for himself, and the two go off

drinking the juice.

EXT. WIDGET’S WORKSHOP

Wubbzy and Daisy pass the workshop, where WIDGET is

working on a new rocket-like contraption.

WUBBZY
Wow wow, Widget. Whatcha doing?

WIDGET
I’m working on my new invention -
the Sprocket Rocket 3000.
(wipes her brow)
Whew! I’m worn out!

WUBBZY
Try some Hapgood’s Fizzy Wizzy
Juice - it’ll perk you right up!

Wubbzy hands her a bottle of juice. Widget takes a sip,

and she does perk right up.

(CONTINUED)

WIDGET
Say - this is mighty refreshing!

Widget spins her wiggle wrench in her other hand, full of

pep.

DAIZY
And it’s in such a pretty bottle,
too.

WIDGET
Thanks, little buddy!

WUBBZY
You’re welcome!

Widget gets back to work, as Wubbzy and Daizy move on.

EXT. WALDEN’S HOUSE - LABORATORY

WALDEN is working on an experiment, poring over books and

mixing test tubes; he appears quite puzzled, when Wubbzy
and Daisy enter.

WUBBZY
Wow wow, Walden. Whatcha doing?

WALDEN
Hello, Wubbzy and Daizy. I’m
trying to make some rocket fuel
for Widget’s Sprocket Rocket, but
I think I’m missing a vital
ingredient.

WUBBZY
Why not try some Hapgood’s Fizzy
Wizzy Juice?

Wubbzy offers a bottle, and Walden takes a sip.

WALDEN
Hmmm - it’s fizzy and wizzy. This
might do the trick!

Walden adds the juice to the beaker, and voila! - the

formula turns rainbow colors and shoots off sparkles.

WALDEN (CONT'D)
Eureka!

WUBBZY / DAIZY
Wow!/ Lavender lollipops!

WALDEN
Thank you, Wubbzy!

You’re welcome!

Wubbzy and Daizy move on.

EXT. MONTAGE - WUZZLEBURG

MONTAGE of Wubbzy and Daizy, meeting people in the

street, and introducing them to the joys of Fizzy Wizzy
Juice:

At the PLAYGROUND, HUGGY and BUGGY drink as they seesaw,

while EARL sits in a swing drinking.

At the YUM YUM RESTAURANT, CHEF FRITZ serves it with all

his meals...

CHEF FRITZ
Ze fizzy wizzy goes great with ze
fish or ze chicken...

OLD LADY ZAMBONI shares a bottle with her POLLY-PARROT,

sipping from two straws <SLURP!>...

On STAGE, MOO-MOO THE MAGICIAN drinks it. A RABBIT pops

out of his hat, also drinking a juice!

AT THE JUICE STAND - Wuzzleburgers are lined up five deep

to get a bottle of Fizzy Wizzy Juice from Mr. Hapgood!

WUZZLEBURGERS
I’ll take a six-pack/ I’ll take
two!/ Give me a case!/ etc.

INT. WUBB CLUB

Wubbzy is with Daisy, Walden and Widget as they drink

more fizzy wizzy juice. They all finish drinking at the
same time, and exhale with pleasure.

ALL
Ahhhhh....!

WUBBZY
Wow - everybody’s drinking Fizzy
Wizzy Juice now!

Wubbzy gathers up the bottles.

WUBBZY (CONT'D)
I’ll just toss these empty bottles
in the trash.

(CONTINUED)

Wubbzy goes to the trash can, and finds it filled with

bottles.

WUBBZY (CONT'D)
Oops. That trash can is full.
I’ll have to throw them outside.

He goes out the back door to throw out the bottles, and
WE HEAR...

O.S. <CRASH!>

Walden, Widget and Daizy rush to investigate. They

find...

EXT. WUBB CLUB - BACK DOOR

Wubbzy is lying in a big pile of bottles.

WUBBZY
Wow - these Fizzy Wizzy bottles
are really building up!

WIDGET
You’re right about that, Wubbster.
Look!

THEIR POV: PAN through Wuzzleburg, as we see piles of

bottles everywhere, while TOWNSPEOPLE are shaking their
heads disapprovingly.

WUBBZY
Wow wow! - there are bottles
everywhere!

WALDEN
Wuzzleburg is one fizzy wizzy
mess!

Daizy steps up with a broom and a trash bag.

DAIZY
It’s time to clean up!

MONTAGE - CLEAN-UP

ON WUBBZY - he rides on his Tooter-Scooter with a

butterfly net, scooping up bottles as he goes.

ON DAIZY - using her broom and a dustpan to gather

bottles.

ON WALDEN - using a vacuum attachment from the Wubbmobile

to suck up the bottles.

(CONTINUED)

CONTINUED:

ON WIDGET - she rolls a bowling ball, which slams into a

stack of bottles <”strike” sound> and knocks them into a
trash can.

EXT. PARK

Wubbzy puts a bottle into a trash bag, and ties it up.

As he carries the bag over, we WIDEN TO REVEAL - a giant
MOUNTAIN of trash bags piled in a wagon, and hitched to
the Wubbmobile.

Wubbzy bounces to the top of the mountain with the bag.

WUBBZY
Okay, Widget, off to the trash
dump!

Widget drives the Wubbmobile to...

EXT. WUZZLEBURG TOWN DUMP

They pull up to the town dump, just as the DUMP KEEPER

steps out.

DUMP KEEPER
Sorry, fellas, but the dump is
already filled to the brim.

He gestures behind him, to a huge pile of bottles pushing

right up to the gate.

WUBBZY
Oh no! How are we going to get
rid of our bottles?

WIDGET
(brightly)
No problemo!

EXT. WUBB CLUB

As Wubbzy and Daisy wait beside the huge pile of bottles,

Widget and Walden pull up in the Wubbmobile. Her Rocket
Invention is set up on the roof.

WUBBZY
Hey - it’s the Sprocket Rocket
3000!

WIDGET
But now it’s the Bottle Rocket
3000.
(MORE)
(CONTINUED)

WIDGET (CONT'D)
We can take all these here bottles
and shoot them right into space.

Walden holds up a six-pack of Fizzy Wizzy juice.

WALDEN
Indeed. I’ve got plenty of Fizzy
Wizzy fuel for the job!

WUBBZY
All right - let’s do it!

EXT. BOTTLE ROCKET - LATER

Widget lifts the last bag of bottles up to the top of the

rocket, using the crane from the Wubbmobile. Wubbzy is
standing atop the rocket, emptying the bottles into a
hatch.

WUBBZY
Is that the last bag, Widget?

WIDGET
Yep! Come on down, little buddy,
and then I’ll just push this here
button...
(points to the remote
control button)
...and the Bottle Rocket 3000 will
take off!

DAIZY (O.S.)
Wait a minute...!

DAIZY is rushing up with one last bottle.

DAIZY (CONT'D)
I have itty-bitty bottle left...!

But Daizy trips, and lets go of the bottle.

DAIZY (CONT'D)
Oopsy-Daizy!

The bottle spins in the air, and then lands right on the
remote control launch button <click>.

The Bottle Rocket ignites <ba-room>, and takes off in the

air - with Wubbzy still hanging on! <Whoooosh!>!

WIDGET
(scratches her head)
That wasn't supposed to happen!

(CONTINUED)

CONTINUED:

The rocket soars and dips and goes on a crazy course all
through Wuzzleburg, with Wubbzy holding on for dear life.

WUBBZY
Whoaaaaa!

WIDGET - fiddles frantically with the remote control.

Suddenly the button pops off altogether.

WIDGET
Uh-oh.

WALDEN
Wubbzy - we’ve got a problem.

The Rocket zooms over their heads.

WUBBZY
I kno-o-o-owww....!

The Rocket curves upwards now and heads into space, right
towards the Moon.

WUBBZY (CONT'D)
Wow wow wow! I have to get off
this crazy rocket!

WIDGET - speaks through a megaphone.

WIDGET
Use the Puffy Parachute 3000!
It’s right next to you!

WUBBZY - opens a compartment on the nose of the rocket,

and pulls out a parachute. He jumps off, and the
parachute opens, as the rocket speeds on into space
without him.

EXT. MOON

The rocket <crashes> right into the moon. Bottles explode

out of the rocket and fly everywhere.

The Man in the Moon, sleeping in an easy chair, is roused

awake.

MAN IN THE MOON

Whoa, Dude, it’s raining bottles!

EXT. WUZZLEBURG

Wubbzy floats back to earth in the parachute, as the

bottles rain down on Wuzzleburg <bop - clink - clunk!>
 10.

EXT. WUBB CLUB

The bottles are strewn all over the ground in front of

the Wubb Club, as our friends shake their heads.

WIDGET
Pickles and prune juice! It looks
like we’re stuck with these Fizzy
Wizzy bottles!

WALDEN
If only there were some way we
could get rid of them.

DAIZY
Even though they are pretty...

Wubbzy picks up a bottle and idly blows into it <toot!>

WUBBZY
And they even sound good...Hey,
wait a minute!

Wubbzy picks up another bottle and blows into it. It

makes a different <toot>. He <tootles> on both bottles.
Now he has an idea.

WUBBZY (CONT'D)
Maybe we don’t have to get rid of
them!

CUT TO:

EXT. WUBB CLUB - A FEW MINUTES LATER

Wubbzy has arranged the bottles together on a table. He

blows back and forth into the bottles <toot-toot-toot>,
while tapping on them with sticks, creating a distinctly
musical sound.

DAIZY
Golly, Wubbzy, you’re a one-man
band!

WUBBZY
Sure - I’ll bet there are lots of
things we can do with these
bottles!

EXT. DAISY’S GARDEN

Daisy uses the bottles as vases in her garden.

(CONTINUED)

DAIZY
I can use them as vases for my
flowers...

INT. WALDEN’S LABORATORY

Walden uses bottles to hold his test tubes and

protractors.

WALDEN
I can use them to hold my
laboratory tools...

EXT. WIDGET’S WORKSHOP

Widget is feeding the bottles into her newest machine.

WIDGET
And I can use them with my Bottle
Builder 3000, to make all kinds of
things.

The machine <clinks and cranks>, and out pops a glass

table. PAN TO SEE tables, lamps, and other creations
churned out by the Bottle Builder.

EXT. WUZZLEBURG - TOWN SQUARE

In the town square, the Townspeople have built a huge

arch, a la the Arc de Triomphe, using all the bottles.
Wubbzy, on a cherry-picker, puts the last bottle in place
on top <DING!>

ALL
<cheers>

INT. WUZZLEBURG PARK

Wubbzy and his friends walk through Wuzzleburg Park.

WUBBZY
Yup, I guess it’s better to re-use
something than to just throw it
away.

DAIZY
And look - Wuzzleburg is nice and
sparkly clean again!

ON JUICE STAND - just as they pass it, Wubbzy remarks:

WUBBZY
Wow - I’m getting a little
thirsty.

Mr. Hapgood leans out of his stand.

HAPGOOD
Sorry, Wubbzy, I’m all sold out of
Hapgood’s Fizzy Wizzy Juice.
(brightly)
But I do have a new stock of
Hapgood’s Jiggle Wiggle Juice -
and it comes in a very pretty can!

WUBBZY
No thanks, Mr. Hapgood - I think
I’ll just drink some water.

ON WATER FOUNTAIN - Wubbzy goes to the water fountain and

steps on the pedal. It doesn’t work again, so he bounces
on it extra hard. A sudden stream of water squirts him
right in the face <sploosh!>

WUBBZY (CONT'D)
<giggles>

And his friends <laugh>, AS WE:
