1 INT. WUBB CLUB - DAY 1

ON WUBBZY - playfully bounces through the Wubb Club...

WUBBZY
Wow, wow...

...and finishes with a swirl down the swirly slide to meet

DAIZY, WIDGET and WALDEN at the bottom.

WUBBZY (CONT'D)
...Woooooow! The Wubb Club is
definitely my favorite place in all
of Wuzzleburg. It’s sooooo much
fun!

INT. WALDEN’S LIBRARY- DAY *

WALDEN *
My favorite place is my library, *
where I can read any book in the
world.

INT. WIDGET’S WORKSHOP- DAY *

WIDGET
Well, my favorite place is my
workshop - I just love to build!

WUBBZY
You sure do, Widget. Hey, what’s
your favorite place, Daizy?

DAIZY
My favorite place? Do you want me
to show you?

WUBBZY
Sure!

DAIZY *
Okat, but you’ll have to close your *
eyes. *

DISSOLVE TO: *

2 EXT. WUZZLEBURG STREETS - DAY 2

DAIZY is leading WUBBZY, WIDGET and WALDEN single file along

the street, all holding hands and all with their eyes closed.

WALDEN
Is it the top of Mt Zubba Bubba,
when the Snow-Shoos-Shoos dance?

WIDGET
Is it Wuzzleburg Zoo, when the
Wuzzly Wolves howl?

WUBBZY
Is it Wuzzleburg Bakery, where the
air smells dugar-sweet?

DAIZY
<giggles> You’ll see!

CUT TO:

3 EXT. WUZZLEBURG PARK - DAY 3

They’re led in to the park. *

DAIZY reaches her favorite place.

DAIZY *
Okay, stop. You can open your eyes. *
(sweeps arm)
Tada!!! *

CAMERA PULLS BACK TO REVEAL - a beautiful, peaceful spot on a

hill, under a tree, with a great view of Wuzzleburg.

DAIZY (CONT'D)
This is it - my favorite place in
the whole wide Wuzzleburg world!

WUBBZY
Wow, Daizy!

WIDGET
It sure is pretty!
 3.

WALDEN nods. DAIZY smiles and runs excitedly ahead to point

out all the things that make this place her favorite.

DAIZY
There’s a big tree to sit under...
A pond to dip your toes in... Lots
of flowers to smell... And look at
the view of Mt Zubba Bubba!

She spins around with arms outstretched like Julie Andrews.

DAIZY (CONT'D)
It’s perfect, and I never ever want
it to change!

WALDEN
Well, we can certainly see why.
It’s a great favorite place.

DAIZY
And it’s a perfect place for a
picnic.

WUBBZY
A picnic! Yum! What a great idea!

WIDGET
Yesiree! I’ll go home and get a
blanket and a picnic basket.

WALDEN
And I’ll get some grapity-grape
juice.

WUBBZY
And I’ll get a peachy-peach pie!

DAIZY
And I’ll pick Doodleberries!

WUBBZY *
Let’s do it!

They all split off in different directions.

CROSS DISSOLVE
TO:

4 EXT. WUZZLEBURG PARK. DAY 4

WUBBZY, WIDGET and WALDEN are enjoying peachy-peach pie and

grapity-grape juice, while sitting on a picnic blanket.
DAIZY appears out of a bush with a basket of doodleberries.
 4.

WUBBZY
Wow! Doodleberries!

DAIZY
Yep! Freshly picked and yum-yum- *
yummy! *

She empties the basket in to a bowl, and then spots some more
doodleberry bushes over in the distance.

DAIZY (CONT'D)
There are more doodleberry bushes
over there. Be right back.

DAIZY runs off and disappears in to the bushes. *

WUBBZY
Ahhh! No wonder Daizy never wants
this place to change.

WALDEN and WIDGET lie back too.

WALDEN
Yes yes yes. It’s sooooo
peaceful...

SUDDENLY - a KICKETY-KICK BALL comes <BOUNCING> in front of *

them followed by a cadre of BALLPLAYERS chasing after the *
ball and kicking it back and forth. *

PLAYERS
Yay! Wahoo! Pass it! Yee-hee!
Kick it! <ad lib>

WUBBZY, WIDGET and WALDEN react to the whirlwind activity. *

WIDGET
Pickles and prune juice! They’re
spoiling Daizy’s favorite place! *

WUBBZY leaps up. *

WUBBZY
I’ll take care of this...

WUBBZY jumps into the game, snags the ball and <KICKS> it far
out of the area. The Players run after it, and disappear.

PLAYERS
Yaaayy!!!

WIDGET
Nice kick, little buddy!
Problem solved!
 5.

No sooner does she say this, but the kickety-kick ball

<BOUNCES> back into the area, followed by the stampeding
Players, kicking up dust.

PLAYERS
Yay! Wahoo! Yee-hee! <ad lib>

WALDEN
Hmm. Problem unsolved.

WUBBZY
This time I’ll kick it farther!

WUBBZY gets the ball again and <KICKS> it away again. The
players run away after it.

WUBBZY (CONT'D)
(hands on hips)
Okay, that should do it...

The ball comes back, and so do the players.

PLAYERS
Yay! Wahoo! Yee-hee! <ad lib>

WUBBZY
This calls for something drastic!

WUBBZY corrals the ball and starts running down the hill with
it. The players chase him wildly.

PLAYERS
Yayyyy!!!

5 EXT. BOTTOM OF HILL - DAY 5

WUBBZY runs down the hill and stops. Then he spots the *
Wuzzleburg Express <CHUGGING> past. *

Wubbzy kicks the ball into an empty railroad car. And the
train chugs away, with the players chasing after it.

PLAYERS
Yayyy!!! *

6 EXT. WUZZLEBURG PARK - A FEW MINUTES LATER 6

WUBBZY walks back to the picnic blanket. *

WUBBZY *
That should do it. *
 6.

As WUBBZY sits down as DAIZY returns with a basket of *

doodleberries.

DAIZY
(sing-songy)
More doodleberries for the perfect
picnic in the perfect pla-aaace.

WIDGET
Thanks, Daizy. *

DAIZY spots more bushes on the other side of the hill.

DAIZY
Oooo! More doodleberries! I’ll be
right back. La la la la la...

DAIZY skips away.

WUBBZY
(on his back)
Well, at least it’s peaceful again.

WALDEN
Yes indeed, it’s so quiet you could
hear a... *

GOOFY GOATS (O.S.) *

BAAA! *

WUBBZY
(sitting up)
A BAAA? *

WALDEN
(pointing off)
Great grazing grass eaters!

REVEAL - a heard of GOOFY GOATS moving toward them. *

WALDEN (CONT'D)
A herd of Goofy Goats! And they’re *
coming this way!

The GOOFY GOATS arrive and start chewing on the grass. *

GOOFY GOATS *
(contented) *
Baa! <Chew chew> Baa! <Chew chew> *

WIDGET
Now those Goats are spoiling *
Daizy’s favorite place.
 7.

WUBBZY flails his arms trying to shoo them off.

WUBBZY
Shoo Yaks! Shoo!

The YAKITY YAKS just stare at him <CHEWING>, and then put
their heads down to munch more grass. WALDEN steps forward.

WALDEN
Don’t worry. I know how to speak *
to the Goofy Goats. *

WALDEN runs forward, puts his hands to his mouth and bellows.

WALDEN (CONT'D)
(<Cross between a ‘moo’
and a ‘yodel’>)
MOOOO-DE-LAY-EEE-WHOOO! *

The YAKITY YAKS stop munching grass and all look up as one. *

GOOFY GOATS *
Baa? *

Then they go back to eating.

WALDEN
Oops! That’s the Moosity Moose
call! Ummm, let’s see...

WALDEN tries several bizarre animal calls. All the while he

is backing up as the goats keep moving forward. *

WALDEN (CONT'D)
REEE-PING-PING-CLUCK CLUCK CLUCK!
ROAW-ROAW-WHIZZZZZZZZEE-OOO! *
OOP-OOP OOO-EEE-OOO! *

As Walden backs up he trips over a log and tumbles backward. *

WALDEN (CONT'D)
YEEEE-OOOO-AAAH! *

The YAKITY-YAKS all perk up and reply... *

GOOFY GOATS *
YEEEE-OOOO-AAAH! *

WALDEN stands up. *

WALDEN
Aha! That’s the call! Here I go...

WALDEN sets off with the YAKITY YAKS following...

 8.

WALDEN (CONT'D)
BAAA-BAAA. YEEE-OOO-AAH! BAAA-BAAA. *
YEEE-OOO-AAH! <cont.> *

YAKITY YAKS
(responding) *
BAAA-BAAA. YEEE-OOO-AAH! *

WALDEN waltzes off taking the GOOFY GOATS - pied-piper style - *

away to disappear over a hill. WUBBZY and WIDGET listen -
sure enough, it’s all quiet again.

Walden returns. *

WALDEN *
That should keep those goats away. *
*

Just then DAIZY returns with more doodleberries. She empties

them into the bowl. *

DAIZY
Here you go! Just one more basket
and then I’m done.

She skips off to another bush, as WALDEN returns. *

WUBBZY *
Hey! Let’s try some of this yummy *
peachy-peach pie.

He takes the peachy-peach pie from the basket.

WUBBZY (CONT'D)
Mmmm-mmm! It sure smells good---!

<BUZZ> A BUZZY BEE shows up. WUBBZY waves his hand about.

WUBBZY (CONT'D)
Go away, little buzzy bee!

WIDGET
Lucky thing it’s only just one.

But then a whole swarm descends on them <EXTRA LOUD BUZZ>.

WIDGET (CONT'D)
Oops - spoke too soon.

WUBBZY
(running around chased by
Buzzy Bees)
Wah! They’re after the peachy-pie! *
 9.

GOOFY GOATS (O.S.) *

Moo!

WALDEN turns to see the YAKETY YAKS are back.

WALDEN
Oh no! The Goats are back! *

BEAVERS (O.S.)
<excited chatter>

WIDGET turns to see a group of BEAVERS in the pond rolling *

logs - ala lumberjacks.

WIDGET
And a big bunch of beavers!

And then <CACOPHONOUS BIG BAND MUSIC>. MOO MOO THE MAGICIAN
is leading a marching band dressed as magicians. *

WUBBZY
(panicking)
Oh no! It’s Moo Moo the Magician
and his Magic Marching Band!

WUBBZY looks left, looks right, looks everywhere around and

all he can see is what seems like all of Wuzzleburg arriving.

WUBBZY (CONT'D) *
Ahh! We can’t keep anybody out of *
Daizy’s favorite place!

WIDGET gets an idea.

WIDGET
Maybe we can! You and Walden hold
the fort, and I’ll be back in a *
flash! *

WIDGET rushes off as WUBBZY continues to be chased by Buzzy *

Bees. *

WALDEN is frantically waving his arms at the GOOFY GOATS and *

bellowing:

WALDEN
BAA! BAA! YEEE-OOO-AAAH! *

Suddenly, from over a hill rises the WUBBMOBILE in HELICOPTER *

MODE carrying a GIANT DOME underneath it. WIDGET calls out *
to those below:
 10.

WIDGET
9 Walden! Wubbster! Get under the 9
dome!

Both WUBBZY and WALDEN run and just slide in to make it under
the glass dome as WIDGET gently drops it over DAIZY’s
favorite place, sealing it in - WUBBZY and WALDEN and all.

10 INT. DOME OVER DAIZY’S FAVORITE PLACE. 10

WIDGET steps into the dome through a door hatch.

WUBBZY
Wow wow wow, Widget! You did it!

They watch, very pleased with themselves, as a kickety-kick

ball <BOUNCES> against the side of the dome. A couple of
BEAVERS and GOOFY GOATS look inside quizzically. *

GOOFY GOATS *
Baa? *

A swarm of BUZZY BEES <BUMPS> up against the dome. And the

BRASS BAND keeps marching around playing a <MUFFLED MUSIC>.

WUBBZY
Nothing will get in to ruin Daizy’s
favorite place now.

WALDEN
Yes yes yes! Daizy will be tickled
pink!

CUT TO:

11 EXT. BUSHES. DAY. 11

DAIZY emerges from the bushes with a heaping basket of

doodleberries. She skips happily towards the picnic spot...

DAIZY
La la la la la...

And then suddenly <BONK!> - she collides with the glass dome,
and lands on her rear.

DAIZY (CONT'D)
Lavender lollipops! What’s this
big dome doing over my favorite
place?

WUBBZY opens the door hatch.

 11.

WUBBZY
We put it here! Come on in!

CUT TO:

12 INT. DOME OVER DAIZY’S FAVORITE PLACE 12

Daizy steps through the hatch and looks around.

WUBBZY
You see, we were overrun by kickety-
kick ballplayers.

WALDEN
And Goofy Goats! *

WIDGET
And Buzzy Bees!

WUBBZY
But now this dome keeps everyone
out, so your favorite place stays
perfect. Great, huh?

DAIZY
Ummm...No!

WUBBZY/WIDGET/WALDEN
No?

DAIZY
The kickety-kick ballplayers and
the Goofy Goats and even the Buzzy *
Bees - why, they’re what makes this
spot so fun and special.

WUBBZY/WIDGET/WALDEN
They are?

DAIZY
Without them it’s kinda - boring.

WUBBZY, WIDGET and WALDEN look around at their sterile

surroundings.

WUBBZY
Wow - it is boring.

DAIZY
A favorite place should be shared.

WUBBZY, WIDGET and WALDEN all look sheepishly at each other.

 12.

WUBBZY
Daizy’s right. Let’s lift the
dome, Widget!

WIDGET
No problemo!

13 EXT. DOME OVER DAIZY’S FAVORITE PLACE. DAY. 13

In the <WUBBMOBILE>, WIDGET gives the ‘thumbs up’ as she

lifts the dome away. Soon the spot is filled with
ballplayers, park-goers, and animals...

EVERYONE
Yayy! Buzz! / Moo! ...etc <ad lib>

DAIZY
See?

DAIZY spins around like Julie Andrews again.

DAIZY (CONT'D)
Now it’s more perfect than ever!

A Yakety-Yak licks Widget’s face.

WIDGET
<giggles> You’re right about that,
Daizy.

WALDEN
Yes yes yes. It’s fun to share.

DAIZY
So let’s all share the
doodleberries...!

PAN TO WUBBZY - his face is covered in doodleberry juice, and

the doodleberries are pretty much all gone.

WUBBZY
Oops!
(sheepish)
Did I mention, doodleberries are my
favorite food...? <giggles>
