Act as liaison with internal control groups on compliance related issues in area

rchspace system and report any suspicious findings within the 72 hour window to
Corporate Security, via the in-house Incident Reporting process.
Perform pro-active quality control reviews of files to identify compliance defi
ciencies, identify cause and recommend corrective action.
Review Corporate Banking KYC/AML/BSA/Patriot Act audit findings, collaborate wit
h Division Heads regarding the findings and respond on the division's behalf and
ensure that all findings are corrected and implemented according to regulatory
policies and procedures.
Review customer's portfolio account documentation, with the assistance of in-hou
se legal counsel for discrepancies, against internal and regulatory laws and pol
icies, thereby meeting the compliance requirements in place. Review all new cus
tomer relationships and documentation for Patriot Act compliance.
Assist with the development of compliance policies and procedures and research c
ompliance issues related to new products and process rollouts.
