figured assembly process in the order entry system. This project increased produ
ction (10%), reduced assembly errors (12%), in the shops and in streamlined orde
r entry.
* Led implementation project of new order entry system over 15 distribution cent
ers. Increased order entry production and standardized processes. Allowed for co
mmon and more efficient assembly practices to be implemented company wide.
* Implemented and designed training course for all employees and personally led
training sessions. Allowed order entry to be consolidated over many distribution
centers saving the company thousands of dollars in personnel costs.
* Provided support for order entry for process and computer programming interfac
e. Centralized point of contact for all program and entry issues.
* Maintained Andersen Logistics product database for all items for cost, sell an
d data items related to order entry and inventory.
