Current Maintenance Coordinator
August 2002 to March 2010 MEADWESTVACO Evadale, Texas
Responsibilities: Using SAP for scheduling, planning (both production and mainte
nance), cost control ($ 2 MM Annual Budget), and reliability. I was responsible
for reviewing and selecting contractors, defining scope of work for contractors
, assuring contractors perform work to specifications, and emergency items for o
nline equipment.
In terms of safety and environmental compliance, I conducted safety incident inv
estigations, department's environmental inspections and audits (internal and ext
ernal), and investigated and resolved employee safety concerns. Additionally, I
was responsible for conducting OSHA compliance safety meetings and tests (inclu
ding PPE, LOTO, Confined Space Entry, Bloodbourn Pathogens, Heat Stress, Hazard
Communications, Process Safety Management, Emergency Plans , Fire Safety/ Hot
Work, Fall Protection, and General Safety Rules). Have recently given a disposi
