Vice President of Operations - North America
* Maintained full responsibility for managing all North America manufacturing fa
cilities in addition to bringing technology from Europe to the U.S. Market.
* Improved customer deliveries by 50% by significantly reducing press changeover
time allowing an increase in press output. Streamlined press scheduling process
using SMED principles.
* Reduced scrap costs by over $800,000, annually by reducing & or elimination of
high scrap bonds.
* Appointed by the Tyrolit Board to serve on the Due Diligence Team for major U.
S. acquisition.
* Sales of $45 million, 7 direct reports and 200 employees.

Final Assembly processes.
* Reduced scrap by 10% by establishing a robust & scheduled cleaning process of
oven pallets.
* Improved radiator throughput by reducing false leaks by improving the material
s used on the sealing surfaces.
