- Two overseas deployments to Iraq. Responsible for the supervision, delegatio
n and overall welfare of personnel, to include but not limited to the promotions
, evaluations, decorations and job assignment/placement of 20 Soldiers. Directl
y responsible for the health, welfare, morale, training, and professional develo
pment of personnel. Responsible for the accountability, maintenance, and re-sup
ply of Squad equipment and 5 military trucks with trailers valued in excess of o
ver $1,000,000. SECRET military clearance.

2006-2009
- Foreman from Sept.2006 - Feb.2009: Managed and ran job sites and crews, kept d
aily logs of project progress and conversations, inspected quality of work, sche
duled inspections and sub-contractors, conducted tool and safety inspections, cr
eated projected time lines, sought after for my opinion in hiring or firing pers
onnel as well as which project assignments based on skill sets.
- Lead Carpenter from Feb.2006 -Sept. 2006: Managed and ran job sites and crews
in foreman and supervisor's absence, began scheduling and supervising sub-contr
actors, created and ordered lumber and material lists to keep jobs moving forwar
d, set up deliveries and rented equipment for job sites, taught new carpenters a
nd labors new tasks to broaden their skill sets.
- Framer/Carpenter from Oct. 2002 - Feb. 2006: Building layout, concrete forms

- Laborer from June 2002-October 2002: Maintained and drove company vehicle, p
icked up supplies and materials for job sites, scrap, trash, and ruble removal,
scaffold assembly, tool set up and storage, assisted Framers during project, dem
olition, concrete and asphalt cutting and removal, dirt compaction, spackle/putt
y work, installing appliances, and end of job final cleaning, was trusted with a
ccess to company accounts to buy tools, supplies and materials for job sites.
