Superintendent/Estimator, Valley Construction. 2006 to 2009. A $12M start-up com
mercial construction company. Oversaw operations for multiple projects, includin
g scheduling, budgets, safety and contract negotiations with suppliers/subcontra
ctors to ensure profitability. Coordinated 75 staff and subcontractors on $12M i
n projects.
Project Superintendent, UPA Group 2005 to 2006. A $350M construction firm. Heade
d all operations on $90M commercial project including estimating and contract ne
gotiations. Conducted meetings with clients, consultants and government agencies
. Managed 80 employees and subcontractor personnel.
Project Superintendent, Centennial Construction 2004 to 2005. A $500M commercial
/military construction company, Planned and executed a variety of projects inclu
ding bidding, subcontractors and permits. Directed consultants, engineers, inspe
ctors and administrative staff. Managed crew of 20 and projects up to $20M.
Project Superintendent/Estimator, Osborne Construction 2002 to 2004. A multi-mil
lion dollar commercial/military construction company. Executed multiple commerci
al projects including bidding, permits, scheduling, and quality control. Managed
safety, subcontractors, 20 employees and project budgets of up to $36M
