I, the undersigned taught students of second grade at Battalion Christian Academ
y for a period of six (6) years. Previously I was engaged in the same professio
n at Public School 249 and Public School 241 for the years 2003 and 2002 respect
ively, grades two (2) and five (5), to satisfy my internship requirements for my
degree. I have also taught third grade, second and first grade at various other
schools for over ten years. My duration of teaching at the St. Andrewas Junior
Secondary school spans a period of six years.
I am a dedicated teacher who strives to meet each student at his/her level and t
ake them higher as I cultivate a desire for learning within them.
As a certified teacher by the New York City and New York State Department of Edu
cation from 2003 and 2006 in Elementary Education, I quickly establish strong re
lationships with parents and students, and enjoy challenging young minds.
I always strive to do my best and work with both teachers and administration to
give each student my best. I am an innovative teacher who strives to make learn
ing fun and applicable for lifeas challenges.
