James Anderton, CPMP, has dedicated the future of his career to improving and pr
omoting the quality of commissioning services and green building design, and is
a motivated leader in his field. His extensive experience in the AEC industry i
ncludes Management, Design, Construction Administration, and Commissioning servi
ces for MEP Consulting Firms, Mechanical and General Contractors.
As lead Commissioning Authority for Dunlap & Partners, James has managed the fir
m's most complex commissioning projects. His commissioning experience includes H

Provide the client with a holistic approach in the application of Commissioning
services to ensure high quality, energy efficient and LEED Compliant systems are
installed, and will meet or exceed the owner's criteria, all while ensuring del

Work performed consisted of demo, new and tenant installations, sketching H.V.A.
C. materials and supplies, ordering registers, diffusers, grilles, duct heaters,
and V.A.V boxes. Also, record time, train helpers/Jr. Mechanics, and submit RFI
's, and run various tasks for the Lead Mechanic including helping the lead mecha
nic prepare for installations and supervise helpers.

CLIMATE HEATING AND COOLING

HVAC TECHNICIAN
Completed installation of central AC ducts and units for homes with or without e
xisting central AC.
Work performed consisted of removal of old refrigerant lines, condensing unit, f
urnace,(if any existing), and installing new equipment, refrigerant lines, therm
ostat wire, brazing and soldering line-sets, vacuuming down existing refrigerant
lines, installing all new duct work, and registers and grilles.
