Conducted outreach to patients who had received the Berkeley Blood Test and rec
ruited them for advanced care by an Exercise Physiologist and a Registered Dieti
cian.
Planned and coordinated marketing events to promote program benefits to physici
ans and patients, such as:
- VIP dinners to educate physicians to the Berkeley Heartlab program;
- Health Fairs that provided risk assessments to the community.
Provided on-the-job training to new Center Coordinators, requiring from 1 to 3
days of intensive supervision.
Provided patient service by handling all admissions, answering questions, and a
ddressing complaints.
Compiled, prepared and distributed regular reports on patient utilization, such
