Expanding Operations with New Branch Office. Japanese company wished to establis
h presence in Boston. Oversaw construction, equipment purchases, hiring and trai
ning. Managed all aspects of operations, including sales, freight receiving, log
istics, delivery, administration and collections. Turned profit in under one yea
r.
Improving Cash Flow, Boosting Profitability. Recognized the opportunity to enhan
ce profitability by revamping with best practices. Updated collection reports, a
long with customer and invoice tracking. Increased profits $15K monthly.
Driving ISO Certification. NNR sought management certification in order to meet
customer demand. Wrote Tier I, Tier II and Work Instructions, training employees
in best practices. Conducted staff meetings, communicating purpose and intent o

rtification for NNR.
Turning Around Underperforming Unit. Southeastern office was in disarray. Cut ov

Overhauling Foreign and Domestic Collections. Accounts receivables were lagging.
Examined existing methods, identifying all customer accounts over 45 days and a
gent accounts over 90 days. Set monthly meetings with key accounting personnel,
driving aggressive collections to 40 days past invoice. Improved turnover $22M p
er month.
