QA Software Test Engineer (contract through Hall, Kinion and Associates): Tested
SmartStart server software and ProLiant Support Packs on Microsoft and Novell o
perating systems using various hardware configurations, including video cards, n
etwork cards and storage controller arrays. Tested volume and drivers using FDDI
and SCSI storage devices. Configured lab networks and routers, and updated supp
ort packs with the new configurations. Developed test plans for out-sourced vend
