Budget Director, 2006 to Present
Promoted to budget director to analyze, research, and develop budgetary and fina
ncial recommendation. Prepare expenditure forecasts and assist with revenue pro
jections. Establish objectives, policies, priorities, procedures, and timelines
for seven member team while presiding over $300 million budget. Develop and en
hance numerous financial models. Make presentations to the Mayor, Board of Comm
issioners, and County Administrators, department directors, the Rotary Club and
private citizens. Prepare and implement budget calendar, policy, and process and
procedures for all areas of the organization for over 40 departments. Prepare f

cuts.
Developed a tracking log for budget transfers for Court Systems and other depar
tments to help department track revisions to accounts.
