on Moderation (ERAM)) system and other projects. Duties included working with a
team of scientist, engineers, and management throughout the project's lifecycle.

customer's requirements and expectations and followed the company's quality man
agement plan.

1992 to 1996:
I provided failure mode test support to IBM's 3083 Host Computer System (HCS) so
ftware replacement. I also provided implementation support for the installation
of the HCS software at 20 Air Route Traffic Control Centers (ARTCCs) and at the
FAA technical center. I interfaced with the field and FAA headquarters personne
l on a daily basis. I worked with FAA's engineering personnel to develop and re
ceived approval of software standard, 026. I also developed a (Generic Site Impl
ementation plan) for the IBM (3083) Host Computer System.
Manager/Software Engineering, Bell Technical Operations/Textron Company, Nicevil
le, Florida, 1983 to 1992:
I assisted the United States Air Force Systems Command at Eglin Air Force Base w
ith their multimillion-dollar software acquisition, development, integration and
test programs. Work involved full life cycle development, management and engine
ering control of software and computer resources. Some detail work assignments i
ncluded: source selection support and evaluation, requirements development, desi
gn reviews, system analysis, conducting studies software cost analysis, contract
review, formulating and evaluating documents such as: system specifications, st

Lead Engineer, Lockheed Aircraft Company, Marietta, Georgia, 1970 to 1972:
In charge of the software and computer section of a winning proposal effort for
the $800 million dollar Air Force C-5B military aircraft program. Created softwa
re standards; computer software development specifications, and was involved in
the software top-level design. Also, assisted in the selection of various digita
l computers apart of the variety of systems on the C-5B aircraft.
Flight Test Engineer, Lockheed Aircraft Company, Marietta Georgia, 1968 to 1970:
I supported the C5-A Category II flight test performance program at Edwards Air
Force Base. Ensured that the aircraft's data recording system was functional be
fore flight testing.
