Key Career Accomplishments
* Successfully developed and implemented the business strategy and the operation
al procedures to improve DTMP's supplier status with John Deere from Critical "E
limination" to Partner status. In 2008 DTMP was selected one of five finalists
for John Deere "Supplier of the Year". The account grew from $5 mil annually to
$23 mil in two years.
* Developed business strategy to increase military business at DTMP from $2 mil
annually to $7 mil annually by adding three new customers to the mix.
* Developed Business plan at Carron Industries that grew the business from $30 m
il annually to $53 mil annually. Primary increase sales were in engineering con
tracts, fabrication and assembly of truck systems and subsystems.
* Developed and implemented an international strategy that included joint ventur
es and associations in England / Germany, Mexico and Sao Palo, Brazil to support
Ford Motor Company and Chrysler supplier requirements.
* Maintained "Partner Status" with DTMP's six key customers; John Deere, Paccar,
Case New Holland, AM General, Thomas Bus, and DRS Technologies.

nnual sales. While performing "Due Diligence" to purchase company, successfully
negotiated a signed purchase agreement, received bank financing and increased b
usiness opportunities with Wal-Mart only to have current owner back away from th
e agreement in December 2004. Both parties cancelled the in place management ag
reement.
