* Successfully developed and implemented the business strategy and the operation
al procedures to improve DTMP's supplier status with John Deere from Critical "E

strength of the company and review of internal and external metric performance i

2009 recession, DTMP sales team generated $28 mil of net new business for 2010 &
2011 ensuring continued growth.
* Managed the performance of the Estimating and Customer service groups. Signoff
responsibility for final estimates supporting customer expectations. In 2009,
estimating team quoted $300m of opportunities with an 8.5% win rate.
