INTRODUCTION

Cybernetics is an emerging field of science that has been gaining interest for i
ts probably possible super-diverse applications and promises the next gen techno
logy.It is basically a multidisciplinary
ABSTRACT
How does an biological organism function? Basically the reality is that life, li
ke any other forms of matter is energy.Just like in a chemical reaction where an
intermediate formed from reactants slowly tries to stabilize to the nearest st
able forms until it just comes to a halt upon reaching equilibrium, unless exter
nal stimulus were to act on it.
Organisms are thus mostly protein and lipid based interactions still undergoing
a dynamic equilibrium stabilization.Or a lot of chemicals interacting in a preci
se regulated manner or just energy conversions and exchanges to form this comple
x form called life.
Usually all this form is probably doing is using a fuel(Glucose) to stabilize it
s form to be less reactive to radically changing physical conditions. And it uses
a complex system of messengers and senses to retrieve information, analyze it,pe
rform post-response actions and in many cases store it for future reference. But
it is still unknown how a lot of these chemical substances managed to interact i
n such complex manners.
If we were to consider the anatomical structure of higher organisms, they basica
lly constitute a

-locomotory system
-sense organs
-circulatory system
-excretory system
-Endocrine system
-Nervous system
-respiratory system
-reproductive system

If we were to go depper into the heirarchy of organization, organs make up organ

-systems,groups of tissues make up organs. Finally cells are the basic unit forms
with highly specialized functionality.Basically all sorts of information intake
, processing & analysis or any sort of protein synthesis is carried out by these
cells and coordinated by the nervous system which tries to discriminate wants v
s needs. It tries to do so in the most rational way possible but sometimes there
are exceptions in judgement.
Sense organs such as eyes, skin, nose, ears provide fundamental parameters of basic
information, of according to which complex neuonal action potentials are trigge
red which cause post-synaptic actions or basic behaviour. But there are also othe
r layers of processing variables which have significance to processing because t
here are connected somewhere in common or are not just self dependant for that b
iocemical event but rather rely on upto unlimited sets of parameters.
When looked at molecular level, it becomes obvious that the ultimate consequence
is a protein transcription of some sort, but strictly at cellular level.
