Hi All,
The cost: As of today (6/9/11) I havent got a clue. It all depends on how many people go and how many houses we rent. If/when I find out I will let people know. I am waiting on a call from the Lords Land and from folks who havent given me their head count as of yet. Mark your calendars the days of the reunion are: Wednesday, July 6th Sunday, July 10th (we leave this morning) Fellowship Night will either be on Friday or Saturday night. We will have an early dinner so clean up can be quick. This will allow the fellowship to take place at an earlier time as to not go too late because of the little ones who need to be in bed a littler earlier. Sometimes I fall into that category .

* Because some of us will be in different homes for the stayplan on keeping your

breakfast stuff in your house. If you have older kids plan on leaving breakfast food in the Big House (older boys and older girls).

Whos da Crew?
We will have to choose crews when we get to the Lords Land

Any Add-no Crew members Will be appointed to a crew by the Chief Inspector (grandma)
Each crew will be in charge of cleaning up after dinner. See Whats on the Menu page 2. Crew leaders will be responsible to get their team together and get the clean up done. (No camp-fires, games, crafts, dessert, etc until the kitchen is clean).

Stuff to Bring
Containers for left-overs and for canned items after being opened Favorite Tea? Bring it! Favorite Pillow(s) if youd like Sunscreen Bug Repellent Toiletries Beach Towels etc Baseball equipment (balls, gloves, bats) Washers Football Beach Toys Outside Toys Frisbee etc

Cereal (please note - Breakfast will be in your 1 head of Lettuce own home if you have a big kid send breakfast items to the Big House too) 1 can Kidney or Garbanzo Beans 1 pkg. Bagels or Muffins or English 1 can Olives Muffins (ditto for the note above) 2 Tomatoes 1 loaf of Bread 1 Onion (red, green or yellow) 1 pkg. of Lunchmeat 1 Cucumber 1 block of Cheese (or sliced) 1 Bell Pepper (green, red, yellow or orange) 1 pkg. of Cookies 1 Bottle of your favorite dressing (store bought or homemade) 1 bag of Chips Optional Salad Bar Items. 1 special Snack item Cabbage 1 or 2 Nibble Snack Radishes
(i.e.: pretzels, crackers, popcorn, etc)

Sprouts Baby Corn Carrots Sunflower Seeds Broccoli Beets Cauliflower Croutons etcwhateverfloatsyoursaladboat!

Fruit to share Drinks to share 1 lrg. bottle of Water to share 1 can Tuna 1 container/jar of Salsa 1 pkg. Marshmallows 1 or 2 Chocolate Bars
